Blackjack app bonuses are hard to find, because blackjack’s house edge is among the lowest in any casino app and most UK bonus terms either exclude it from wagering or count only a fraction of each hand. None of our partners runs a blackjack offer. Casumo’s 50% match up to £100 is the nearest, as long as its game restrictions allow blackjack. 18+, T&Cs apply.
Blackjack is often excluded from bonus wagering or counted at a low percentage, because a well-played hand loses very little on average.
Doubling and splitting add to your stake: with a £5 max bet rule, a £3 hand doubled becomes a £6 bet.
Casumo’s 50% up to £100 (min £20 deposit, 10x the bonus in 7 days, £5 max bet) is the closest partner offer; check its game restrictions first.
No-wagering spin winnings from Coral or Ladbrokes become cash that can be used anywhere, including at blackjack tables.

Where blackjack app bonuses stand in the UK
If you search an app’s promotions tab for a blackjack bonus, you will mostly find general welcome offers with a line in the terms about table games. That line decides everything. In many UK casinos blackjack contributes a small percentage of each stake toward wagering, and in some it contributes nothing. A few casinos run blackjack-specific promotions for existing players, such as leaderboards on live tables or prize draws, but these come and go.
So the useful question isn’t which app has the biggest blackjack bonus, but which bonus terms treat blackjack fairly and whether that is worth the restrictions. If you are choosing an app mainly for blackjack, the tables matter more; our blackjack apps guide compares them.
Why blackjack app bonuses come with heavy restrictions
Blackjack gives the player decisions, and good decisions lower the house edge a lot. Played with basic strategy, a standard multi-deck game typically has a house edge of around 0.5%, depending on the rules. Most slots return less to the player. That gap means a bonus is far cheaper to clear at a blackjack table, so casinos weight it down.
Game

European roulette

The last row matters. Without basic strategy, mistakes such as standing on 12 against a dealer’s 7 raise the edge sharply. Either way, the house keeps its advantage and losses are likely over time.
Table rules that change blackjack’s cost
Two blackjack tables in the same app can have different rules, and each rule moves the house edge. Open the game’s help screen (usually an ‘i’ or ‘?’ icon) to check them.

A 6:5 payout for blackjack is the single most costly rule on this list. If a table pays 6:5, choose another table, bonus or no bonus.
Doubling, splitting and the £5 max bet rule
Bonus max bet rules are easy to follow on slots because the stake per spin is fixed. Blackjack is trickier, because the stake can grow during a hand. Most terms count the total amount at risk in a round, which means:
Starting bet
Action

Yes
£3

£2
Split, then double one hand
£6

£3

Split

With Casumo’s welcome bonus, the limit is £5 per bet while the bonus is active. A sensible approach is to keep your starting bet at £2 or less, so that a double or a single split stays under the line. Our max bet rules guide explains how casinos check this after the event.
Side bets and bonus wagering
Many mobile blackjack games add side bets such as Perfect Pairs or 21+3. They carry much higher house edges than the main game, and bonus terms sometimes exclude them from wagering or count them differently. On a phone, side-bet circles sit right next to the main betting spot, so a stray tap can place one. If you are playing with bonus funds, check the stake breakdown before tapping Deal.

A worked example: Casumo’s match at a blackjack table
Say you deposit £60 at Casumo and opt in. The bonus is 50% of £60, so £30, and the wagering target is 10 × £30 = £300, to be met within 7 days with no bet over £5.
If blackjack counts at 100%, £300 of hands at £2 is 150 hands.
If it counts at 10%, the real stake needed is £3,000, or 1,500 hands at £2.
If it counts at 0%, only other eligible games can clear the bonus.
These percentages are illustrations, not Casumo’s published figures. Check the Bonus Terms page in the Casumo app before you opt in. If blackjack is excluded or weighted low, playing with cash only and skipping the bonus may suit you better.
How to check a blackjack bonus in the app before you play
Open the casino’s promotions tab and tap the welcome offer for its full terms.
Search the terms for ‘blackjack’, ‘table games’ and ‘live casino’, and note each contribution.
Check the max bet rule and whether doubles, splits and side bets count toward it.
Look for any excluded blackjack variants, such as multi-hand or live tables.
Opt in only if the terms fit how you play; deposit with an allowed payment method.
Choose a table with 3:2 blackjack and keep your opening bet low enough to double safely.
Track wagering in your account area and stop when your budget, not the bonus, says so.
Our game weighting guide shows where these tables usually sit in an app’s terms.
Playing blackjack on a phone with bonus funds
RNG blackjack fits a phone well: the dealer’s hand at the top, yours below, and Hit, Stand, Double and Split buttons along the bottom. Since January 2025, UK rules require at least 5 seconds per round on non-slot games and ban autoplay, so there is no rapid-fire mode. Multi-hand blackjack multiplies your stake per round, which makes a £5 limit easy to break: three hands at £2 is a £6 round.
Live blackjack seats are limited, and many apps offer ‘bet behind’ when a table is full. Bonus terms may treat it differently, so check before using bonus funds. Our guide to playing blackjack on mobile covers the controls in more detail.
What basic strategy can and can’t do with a bonus
Basic strategy is a chart of the mathematically best decision for every hand against every dealer card. It lowers the house edge; it doesn’t remove it. Online RNG blackjack reshuffles virtual cards regularly, so tracking cards isn’t a practical approach, and bonus terms may class unusual betting patterns as irregular play. Use strategy to lose less on average, not as a plan to profit from a bonus.
If a bonus deadline is making you play longer or faster than you meant to, forfeiting the bonus is a reasonable choice. Time-outs and deposit limits are in every UK app’s safer gambling menu; our casino app limits guide shows where.
Where to find the nearest blackjack app bonuses
Casumo’s matched bonus is the closest partner offer for blackjack players, provided its game restrictions let blackjack count. Coral and Ladbrokes suit players who also enjoy slots, as their no-wagering spins follow a £10 slots stake and pay winnings as cash. Over-18s only; terms apply.
We don’t work with any app that offers a blackjack-specific bonus. Casumo is first because its match is bonus money rather than slot spins, though game restrictions apply and blackjack may not count; Coral and Ladbrokes give no-wagering spins after a £10 slots stake, and winnings from them are cash. 18+, T&Cs apply.
Coral and Ladbrokes are both run by LC International Limited (Entain). If you already hold an account with one Entain brand, you may not be able to open a new account with another; check the terms before signing up.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use a casino app bonus on blackjack?
Sometimes, but blackjack usually counts for little or nothing toward wagering. UK casinos commonly exclude it or weight it low because a well-played hand has a very small house edge. Spin offers can’t be used on blackjack at all. Casumo’s 50% match is bonus money, but game restrictions apply, so check blackjack’s contribution in its terms. Our wagering requirements guide shows how to calculate the real target. Over-18s only; terms apply.
Why does blackjack count less toward bonus wagering?
Because blackjack played with basic strategy has a house edge of around 0.5%, depending on table rules, which is lower than most slots and roulette. That makes bonuses cheap to clear on it, so casinos reduce its contribution, often to 10% or less, or exclude it. Each pound you bet then counts as a fraction toward the target. See our game weighting glossary entry for a full explanation.
Does doubling down break a max bet rule?
It can. Most terms count the total stake in a round, so doubling a £3 hand makes a £6 bet, which breaks a £5 limit such as Casumo’s. Splitting has the same effect, and side bets add on top. Keep your opening bet low enough that a double or split stays within the limit; £2 is a comfortable figure under a £5 rule. Our max bet rule entry explains how casinos enforce it.
Do blackjack side bets count toward wagering?
It varies. Some casinos count side bets like the main game, others exclude them or treat them as a separate game type with its own weighting. Side bets such as Perfect Pairs and 21+3 have much higher house edges than the main hand, so they cost more on average. Check the bonus terms and the game’s help screen. Read about side bets in our side bet glossary entry.
Is live blackjack included in casino app bonuses?
It depends on the casino. Some count live and RNG blackjack the same, many weight live tables lower or exclude them, and ‘bet behind’ may be treated separately again. Live blackjack also plays more slowly and uses mobile data, which matters with a short deadline. Look for a live casino line in the contribution table. Our live blackjack apps page explains how live tables work on a phone.
Can basic strategy help me profit from a blackjack bonus?
No. Basic strategy reduces the house edge but never removes it, so losses remain likely over time. Bonus terms also restrict blackjack through weightings, max bets and irregular-play clauses, and online games reshuffle cards regularly. Use basic strategy to make each decision correctly and to keep the cost of playing low. Treat any bonus as extra entertainment. Our basic strategy glossary entry explains the chart.
Which partner offer is best for a blackjack player?
Casumo’s 50% match up to £100 is closest because it is bonus money rather than slot spins, though you must check its game restrictions for blackjack. It needs a £20 minimum deposit, 10x wagering on the bonus within 7 days and a £5 max bet. If you also play slots, Coral’s or Ladbrokes’ no-wagering spins turn any winnings into cash usable at blackjack. Compare them on our Coral vs Casumo page. Over-18s only; terms apply.
Is multi-hand blackjack allowed with a bonus?
Check the terms, as some casinos exclude multi-hand variants or count each hand separately. Even where allowed, playing several hands multiplies your stake per round: three hands at £2 is a £6 round, over a £5 limit. If you play multi-hand with bonus funds, lower each hand’s stake to stay inside the rule. Our multi-hand blackjack apps page explains the format.
Are there blackjack promotions for existing customers?
Some apps run blackjack leaderboards, prize draws on live tables or seat-based promotions for existing customers. They change often and vary by brand, so check the promotions tab regularly. Look at the minimum stake per hand, how prizes are paid and whether any prize carries wagering. Our existing customer offers guide covers how to judge them.
