The Coral live casino app is the Live Casino section inside Coral Casino: Slots & Games on iPhone and Android, where real dealers run streamed tables and game shows. You play from the same account and balance as the website, so this page covers how to find the tables, use the bet controls on a small screen and keep stream data under control.
Live tables sit inside the main Coral Casino app, not in a separate download.
Coral’s own game-show page names Crazy Time, Lightning Roulette and Monopoly Live.
Each table shows its own minimum and maximum stake; check it before you sit down.
Live video uses far more data than slots, so Wi-Fi is the sensible default.
The welcome spins need £10 of slot bets; live bets don’t count towards them.

What the Coral live casino app is, and what it isn’t
Coral doesn’t publish a stand-alone live dealer download. Its App Store listing, Coral Casino: Slots & Games, describes slots, blackjack, roulette and Live Casino in one package, and the Google Play version from LC International Limited carries the same name. If you already have the app from our Coral download guide, you already have the live lobby.
Live games work differently from the computer-generated tables in the rest of the app. A real croupier or presenter deals cards or spins a wheel in a studio, the action is streamed to your phone, and your bets are collected in a short betting window before each round. That makes them slower and more social than a slot, but it also means you need a steady connection: if the stream drops, the round carries on without you.
Everything uses the one Coral account. Your balance, deposit limits, verification status and transaction history are shared with the website and the betting side, which is why a limit set on a laptop also applies when you open a blackjack table on your phone. For a broader look at the format across UK apps, see our guide to live casino apps.
Finding live tables in the Coral app
The app is built around a lobby of tiles grouped by category. Live games have their own category alongside slots and table games, and most players reach a table in three or four taps once they know where to look.
Open Coral Casino and log in with your password or saved details.
Tap the Live Casino category in the lobby menu (on a narrow phone it may sit in a scrolling row at the top).
Browse by type, such as roulette, blackjack or game shows, or use the search icon and type the table name.
Tap a tile to see the table’s stake range and, where shown, how many seats are free.
Tap to join; the stream loads and the betting panel appears at the bottom of the screen.
Add tables you return to as favourites so they appear at the top next time.
If a table you used last week has vanished, it may simply be closed at that time of day: some studios run tables only in busy hours. For more on search and favourites, see finding games in a casino app in our guides section.
Live game shows on Coral’s app
Coral’s own Live Game Shows page lists three titles: Crazy Time, Lightning Roulette and Monopoly Live. All three are made by the live studio Evolution, and all three are built for a phone held upright, with large wheel or table graphics and bet spots stacked beneath the video.

Game shows look generous because bonus rounds can pay large multiples, but every bet type carries a house edge and some carry a noticeably bigger one than a plain roulette bet. The help or information button inside each game sets out the rules and the published return for each bet. Read it once on Wi-Fi before you stake anything, then treat the show as paid entertainment with a fixed budget. Our game show apps page compares the formats in more detail.
Live roulette and blackjack on a phone screen
Coral’s store listing names blackjack and roulette among its games and Live Casino as a section, but it doesn’t publish a list of which live variants are running. Check the lobby for what is open when you play. The two games most phone players reach first behave quite differently on a small screen.
Live roulette
A full roulette layout is too wide for a portrait phone, so live roulette tables usually shrink it into a scrollable or zoomable strip, with a separate racetrack view for neighbour bets. In landscape the whole layout fits, at the cost of a smaller video window. Our live roulette apps guide covers the betting views, and roulette apps explains single-zero versus double-zero odds.
Live blackjack
Seats at a live blackjack table are limited, so a busy table may show as full. Many studios add a ‘bet behind’ option that lets you back a seated player’s hand instead. Decisions such as hit, stand, double and split appear as large buttons with a countdown, and if the timer runs out a default action is applied. See live blackjack apps for the decision buttons and the published rules to look for.
How the bet controls work in portrait and landscape
The betting panel is where most mistakes happen on a phone, because buttons are close together and the betting window is short. These are the controls you will usually meet on a live table, wherever you play.

Coral’s fairness page makes the same point about history displays that applies to any table: each result is independent, so a run of reds tells you nothing about the next spin. Our explainer on how live casino streams work on mobile covers why the picture can lag a second behind the betting panel.
Stakes and table limits in the Coral live casino app
Every live table sets its own minimum and maximum bet, and the range is shown on the table tile or inside the game. Coral doesn’t publish a single stake range for its live lobby, so use the figure on the table you open rather than one quoted elsewhere.
The UK’s online slot stake limits of £5 per spin for players aged 25 and over and £2 for those aged 18 to 24 apply to slots, not to live roulette or blackjack. Live tables can therefore accept much larger bets, which is one reason to set a deposit limit before you start rather than relying on the table maximum. Since 17 January 2025, other online casino games must also run without autoplay or turbo features, and live rounds naturally take far longer than the five-second minimum.
A practical way to size a stake is to divide your session budget by the number of rounds you expect to play. With £20 for an hour and roughly 40 roulette rounds, that is 50p a round. If the cheapest table starts above what that sum allows, that table doesn’t fit your budget tonight.
Mobile data, Wi-Fi and battery for Coral live streams
Live dealer games stream continuous video, so they use far more data than a slot, which mostly downloads its graphics once. Depending on the quality setting, a live table can run to hundreds of megabytes an hour, and game shows with busy graphics sit at the top of that range. On a capped mobile plan, Wi-Fi is the sensible default.
Lower the stream quality in the table settings if the picture stutters.
Close other apps that are downloading in the background.
Keep screen brightness moderate; the display and the video decoder are the main battery drains.
Avoid switching between Wi-Fi and 4G or 5G mid-round, which can drop the stream.
Plug in for long sessions on older phones, which can get warm while decoding video.
Coral’s fair gaming page states that live games take place in controlled studios, are recorded and monitored, and are subject to statistical checks. If something goes wrong at a table, it says you can raise it with the Live Casino pit boss or with customer services, and that you should note the game ID.
The game ID is usually shown in the game’s history or information panel. Take a screenshot of it, with the time, as soon as a round looks wrong. That single image is what support will ask for first, and it saves a long back-and-forth. Our Coral customer service page explains how to reach the team and escalate a complaint.
Coral’s help centre also publishes a disconnection and cancellation policy. Read it if your phone drops out mid-round: it sets out how unfinished games are settled.

If the whole app fails to load rather than a single table, follow the checklist on our Coral app not working page. A VPN is a common hidden cause: UK casino apps check where you are, and a VPN can make you appear abroad.
Do Coral’s offers work on live tables?
Coral’s new-player offer is slot-based: 18+, new players who deposit (some methods excluded) and bet £10 or more on slots get 100 free spins at 10p each on selected games, to be accepted within 48 hours and used within 7 days, with no wagering on spin winnings. Bets on live roulette or a game show don’t count towards that £10 slot requirement, and the spins can’t be used at a live table. T&Cs apply.
Coral’s promotions page also lists casino tournaments, some of them on live games, with opt-in and stake rules of their own. Read each one’s terms in the app before taking part. The Coral app promotions guide explains how to judge those ongoing offers.
Keeping live sessions under control
Live tables have no spin button to stop pressing; rounds keep coming every minute or so, and chat and presenters make time pass quickly. The house edge means losses are the likely result over a long session, whatever the table history shows. Set a time and money limit before you join, and treat the game as an evening’s entertainment with a price.
Coral offers daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion, all reached from your account. They are mapped out, with the route to each, in Coral deposit limits and safer gambling tools. For free, confidential support, call the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133.
Where to play live tables on a licensed app
Coral’s live lobby is inside its main casino app and covered by its UK Gambling Commission licence. Its welcome offer below is for slots (18+, bet £10 on slots, 100 spins at 10p, no wagering, T&Cs apply). Ladbrokes, run by the same company, also has live tables and game shows; compare the two on our Coral vs Ladbrokes page.
Coral’s welcome spins are for slots, so they sit alongside its live tables rather than funding them; Ladbrokes runs on the same Entain platform with live tables and game shows in its own app. 18+, T&Cs apply.
Coral and Ladbrokes are both run by LC International Limited (Entain). If you already hold an account with one Entain brand, you may not be able to open a new account with another; check the terms before signing up.

Frequently asked questions
Does Coral have a separate live casino app?
No, live tables are part of the main Coral Casino: Slots & Games app. The App Store listing describes slots, blackjack, roulette and Live Casino in the same download, and the Google Play version carries the same name. Once you have installed it and logged in, the Live Casino category appears in the lobby menu. There is nothing extra to install, and your balance, limits and verification are shared with the website. If you haven’t got the app yet, our Coral download guide covers iPhone, iPad and Android, and our Coral app review looks at the app as a whole.
Which game shows can I play in the Coral app?
Coral’s own Live Game Shows page names Crazy Time, Lightning Roulette and Monopoly Live. The live lobby may show other titles at different times, so check the game shows category when you open the app. Each show has its own rules and bet types, and some bet spots carry a much higher house edge than others, so open the information panel first. Our guides to Crazy Time and Monopoly Live explain how the wheels and bonus rounds work on a phone, including what each segment pays.
How much data does Coral live casino use?
Live casino uses much more data than slots because it streams continuous video. Depending on the stream quality, an hour at a live table can use hundreds of megabytes, and busy game shows sit at the higher end. Slots mostly load their graphics once and then use little data per spin. If you are on a capped mobile plan, play live tables on Wi-Fi or lower the video quality in the table settings. Our page on casino app data usage compares typical figures, and Wi-Fi versus mobile data explains when each makes sense.
What are the minimum stakes at Coral live tables?
Each Coral live table sets its own minimum and maximum, shown on the table tile or inside the game. Coral doesn’t publish one stake range for its live lobby, and tables change through the day, so rely on the figure you see when you open the table. The UK’s £5 and £2 per-spin limits apply to online slots, not to live roulette or blackjack, so live tables can take bigger bets. Setting a deposit limit first is the simplest protection; our Coral safer gambling page shows where to set one, and low deposit casino apps covers smaller budgets.
Can I use Coral’s welcome free spins on live casino?
No, Coral’s welcome spins are for selected slots and are unlocked by slot play. The offer is 18+ for new players: deposit (certain methods excluded) and bet £10 or more on slots to get 100 spins at 10p each, accepted within 48 hours and valid for 7 days, with no wagering on spin winnings. Bets at live tables don’t count towards the £10, and the spins can’t be played at a live table. T&Cs apply. Our Coral welcome offer page walks through claiming in the app, and live casino app bonuses explains why live offers are rarer.
Is Coral live casino fair?
Coral says its live games run in controlled studios, are recorded and monitored, and are subject to statistical checks. The operator, LC International Limited, holds a UK Gambling Commission licence under account 54743, which requires fair and open games. Fair doesn’t mean favourable: every bet carries a house edge, so losses are the likely outcome over time. If a round looks wrong, Coral’s help centre advises noting the game ID and contacting the pit boss or customer services. Our explainers on how casino apps are tested and the house edge cover the background.
Why does the Coral live stream keep freezing?
Freezing usually means the connection can’t keep up with the video quality. Lower the stream quality in the table settings, move to a stronger Wi-Fi signal, and close apps that are downloading in the background. Switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data mid-round can also drop the stream. If every table freezes, update the app from the App Store or Google Play and restart your phone. A VPN can cause access errors as well, because UK apps check your location. Our Coral app not working page and the general casino app not loading guide cover the full checklist.
Should I play Coral live casino in portrait or landscape?
Portrait suits game shows and blackjack, while landscape suits roulette. Game shows are designed for an upright phone, with the wheel above and large bet spots below. Blackjack decision buttons are also easy to reach one-handed in portrait. A full roulette layout fits better sideways, though the video window shrinks, so many players switch to landscape for complex bets and back again to watch. If the screen won’t rotate, check your phone’s rotation lock. Our guide to playing live casino on mobile and how to play roulette on mobile go into the layouts.
What happens if my phone disconnects during a Coral live round?
The round carries on in the studio without you, and how it is settled depends on the game and Coral’s published disconnection and cancellation policy. Bets accepted before the betting window closed normally stand and are settled on the result. In blackjack, a default decision may be applied if your timer runs out. Reopen the table, check the game history, and note the game ID if the result looks wrong. Coral’s help centre says to raise problems with the pit boss or customer services. Our Coral customer service page explains how to contact them and escalate.
