What Casumo app promotions for existing customers look like

Casumo leans on game-style rewards more than classic reload deals. Its promotions page, which mirrors the Promotions area in the app, mixes daily mini-games, network prize pools run by game studios, and Casumo’s own quests and leaderboards. The table groups the types listed when we checked on 20 October 2026.

Valuables and the Casumo Adventure

Valuables are Casumo’s name for rewards held in your account. Its promotions page describes them as things like bonus spins, deposit matches and bonus bets, and says Casumo doesn’t use promo coupons; rewards arrive as Valuables instead. The App Store listing ties them to The Adventure, a progress track where your avatar levels up as you play and earns points towards the next Valuable.

In the app, Valuables appear in their own section of your profile, each with a short description, the games it works on and an expiry. A deposit match Valuable carries wagering like any other bonus, capped at 10x under the 2026 rules. Spins Valuables state their value per spin, often 10p. Read the card before activating it, because using one can lock you to certain games or a maximum bet while it runs.

The Adventure rewards playing more, which is exactly what makes it easy to overspend. Decide your budget first and treat any Valuable as a small extra, not a reason to keep going.

Daily rewards: the Spinumo wheel and Umodays

Two promotions are designed around opening the app each day.

• Spinumo: one wheel spin a day for UK players aged 18+, with no deposit needed for that first spin. If it lands on No Win, a qualifying deposit unlocks one extra spin. Prizes listed are 3 to 100 spins at 10p each, which expire after 24 hours. T&Cs apply.
• Umodays: a daily card to flip after logging in, running from 1 October to 1 November 2026 when we checked. Prizes vary by day, and Casumo notes that wagering, qualifying games and game weighting can apply to spins and bonus prizes. 18+, opt-in required.

The maths on Spinumo is simple. The top listed prize, 100 spins at 10p, is £10 of spins; the smallest, 3 spins, is 30p. Any winnings follow that prize’s own terms. Skip the extra deposit unless you were going to deposit anyway.

Prize drops and studio prize pools

A prize drop pays random cash or spin prizes to players who are opted in and playing qualifying games. Casumo runs its own, such as The Big Birthday Drop (a £90,000 pool shared across 105,400 prizes, minimum bet 50p, no wagering on prizes, October 2026), and also joins network promotions run by game studios across many casinos.

Network pools are shared with players at other casinos, so a headline figure in the millions is split across a huge field. Your chance of any one prize depends on how many bets you place, which is why drops reward volume. The casino app prize drops guide explains how these are drawn.

Leaderboards, Umoboards and Reel Races

Leaderboards rank players by points earned on qualifying games, often based on the biggest win relative to stake, so a 10p player can in principle beat a £2 player. Casumo’s own version is Umoboards, listed as qualifying games only with terms applying. Its App Store listing also describes Reel Races as daily, fast-paced tournaments where you race other players on a slot in real time; they weren’t on the promotions page when we checked, so look in the app for the current schedule.

On a phone, a tournament usually adds a small banner or overlay to the game showing your position and the time left. Keep an eye on what it does to your pace: a ticking clock and a visible rank are designed to keep you spinning. The general mechanics are explained in casino app slot tournaments.

Quests: targets in return for rewards

Quests set a target and pay a reward when you hit it. The Weekend Quest listed in October 2026 asked opted-in UK players to deposit a total of £50 and wager £150 over a weekend to unlock Spinumo Super Spins with no wagering. Umo Quests run as ongoing missions for eligible players, with rewards Casumo calls uMOREwards.

Quests are the promotions to judge most carefully, because the target is the cost. On a slot returning 96%, £150 of stakes has an average cost of about £6 (4% of £150). A quest is only good value if the reward is clearly worth more than that, and only if you would have deposited and played that much anyway.

Promotions on Casumo’s live tables

The Play Live Tables promotion gave opted-in UK players aged 18+ one prize wheel spin for every £50 wagered on selected live tables, up to three spins a day. Prizes ranged from 50p to £50 in cash with no wagering, and unused spins expired after 24 hours.

On European roulette, with a house edge of 2.7%, £50 of bets has an average cost of £1.35. Three spins mean £150 of bets and an average cost of about £4.05. Casumo doesn’t publish how often each prize lands, so you can’t calculate the true value; the honest view is that it softens losses a little rather than paying for play. How to judge a Casumo promotion in pounds

Every promotion has a cost to qualify and a reward with conditions. Putting both in pounds makes them easy to compare. These examples use a 96% RTP slot and 2.7% edge roulette; real results in a single session vary widely either way.

1. Find what you must do to qualify: deposit, stake, game, minimum bet.
2. Turn the stakes into an average cost: stakes × (100% − RTP).
3. Put the reward in pounds: spins × spin value, or the cash prize.
4. Check wagering on the reward; anything above 1x lowers its value further.
5. Ask whether you would have played this much without the promotion. If not, skip it.

Opting in to promotions in the Casumo app

Almost every Casumo promotion says opt-in required. Playing a qualifying game without opting in usually earns nothing, and you can’t claim it retrospectively.

1. Open the Casumo app and tap the Promotions or Promos area.
2. Tap a promotion card to open its full terms.
3. Read the dates, qualifying games, minimum bet and prize terms.
4. Tap the opt-in button and check it changes to show you are in.
5. Open the qualifying game from the promotion card, so you know it is the right one.

UK rules that apply to every Casumo promotion

Since 19 January 2026, any bonus wagering is capped at 10x, so a Valuable with a deposit match can’t ask for more. From the same date, promotions can’t mix products, so a casino reward can’t require a sports bet and vice versa. Slot stakes are capped at £5 a spin for players aged 25 and over, and £2 for 18–24-year-olds, whatever a leaderboard rewards. Managing promotion alerts on your phone

Casumo’s App Store listing describes real-time in-app updates for Reel Races, and promotions are also marketed by email and text. You choose what reaches you. Phone notification settings control push alerts, and your Casumo account settings control email and SMS marketing. Existing-customer deals at Casumo are mostly game-based rewards. Its new-customer offer is a 50% bonus up to £100 for players aged 18+ who opt in and deposit £20 or more, with 10x wagering within 7 days and a £5 maximum bet.
