Casumo app withdrawal time has two parts: Casumo’s review, which it says usually takes a matter of hours (its policy allows up to 3 days), and the payment method’s own speed. After approval, Casumo says PayPal, Apple Pay, Skrill, Neteller and MuchBetter are instant, cards take up to 2 days and bank transfers up to 5 days.
Casumo says withdrawals are reviewed within hours; its withdrawal policy allows up to 3 days to approve or decline.
E-wallets and Apple Pay are listed as instant after approval; debit cards up to 2 days; bank transfer up to 5 days.
Withdrawals under £10 carry a £3 fee; £10 and above are free.
Unfinished verification is the most common cause of delay, and extra checks can apply above roughly €1,000.
Money goes back to the method you deposited with where possible, in the account holder’s name.

How long Casumo app withdrawals take, by method
Every withdrawal goes through the same two stages, whether you request it in the app or on the website. First, Casumo’s team reviews and approves it. Then the payment provider moves the money. The figures below are the ones Casumo publishes; they are typical, not promises, and your bank or wallet may add its own time.

The “likely total” column adds the two stages together. If a request lands late at night or at a weekend, the review step can take longer, and Casumo’s withdrawal policy says a request should be approved or denied within three days. If you want the quickest route, an e-wallet or Apple Pay is the one to use, provided you deposited with it. Our fast payout casino apps page compares speeds across apps.
How to withdraw from the Casumo app
The request takes under a minute once your account is verified. These steps describe the usual flow; button names can change between app versions.
Open the Casumo app and sign in, using Face ID or Touch ID if you’ve set it up.
Tap your balance or profile area to open the cashier.
Choose Withdraw.
Select the method; Casumo pays back to your deposit method where possible, so it may be pre-selected.
Enter the amount. Requesting £10 or more avoids the £3 small-withdrawal fee.
Confirm. The request appears as pending in your transaction history until it’s approved.
Watch for an email or in-app message confirming approval, then allow for the method’s transfer time.
If the Withdraw button is greyed out or the amount you can take is lower than your balance, part of your balance is probably bonus money that hasn’t been wagered yet. Our general guide on how to withdraw from casino apps explains cash and bonus balances.
What “pending” means and why you can’t cancel it
A withdrawal shows as pending while Casumo reviews it. During this pending period the team checks that your account is verified, that the money isn’t bonus funds still under wagering, and that the payment details belong to you.
Since 31 October 2021, UK casinos haven’t been allowed to let you reverse a withdrawal to keep playing. Once you’ve asked for your money, it stays requested. That rule exists because reversing payouts was linked to people gambling winnings away, and it works in your favour: the money you chose to take out is protected from a late-night change of heart.
Casumo’s policy also says withdrawals can be held during an investigation into a game fault or suspected prohibited activity. That’s rare, but if it happens support should tell you the account is under review.
Verification: the biggest cause of slow Casumo withdrawals
Casumo’s withdrawal policy says it can only pay out once your account has been verified to its satisfaction, and that delays in sending requested information delay the payout. It may also run additional checks on a single withdrawal above the equivalent of €1,000, on cumulative withdrawals above €2,000, and occasionally on smaller amounts.
There’s a protection built in: Casumo says it won’t block a withdrawal for checks it could reasonably have done earlier, such as at registration. That reflects a Gambling Commission rule designed to stop operators delaying payouts with late document requests. Even so, verifying early is the single best way to keep payouts quick. The Casumo app verification page covers documents and timings, and our KYC glossary entry explains why checks happen at all.
Which payment methods you can withdraw to
You can’t always withdraw to the method you used to deposit. Casumo’s published withdrawal table covers card, PayPal, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Skrill, Neteller and MuchBetter. Paysafecard and Trustly appear among deposit methods but aren’t confirmed for withdrawals, so if you deposited that way, check the cashier for the alternative it offers; a bank transfer is the usual route.

Casumo pays only to accounts in the registered account holder’s name. A PayPal account in a partner’s name, for example, won’t be accepted. Our PayPal casino apps and Apple Pay casino apps pages cover how those wallets handle payouts.
Fees, minimums and large withdrawals
Casumo doesn’t publish a minimum withdrawal, but its policy charges a £3 fee on withdrawals under £10. On a £9 withdrawal that’s a third of the money, so it’s worth waiting until you have at least £10 to take out. Our page on the casino app minimum withdrawal explains how other operators handle small amounts.

For very large amounts, the policy says requests over €50,000 are paid at the higher of the amount you deposited that month or €50,000 per month, with higher limits possible for VIP customers. Most players will never come near this. UK gambling winnings aren’t taxed, so whatever reaches your account is yours; see are casino app winnings taxed.

Contact hey@casumo.com and keep records
If a payout has been approved but hasn’t arrived within the published window, check your transaction history for a reference and contact support with it. Our general guide to a casino app withdrawal pending explains when to escalate.
If you’re unhappy with how a withdrawal was handled
Contact Casumo support (hey@casumo.com, 7:00–23:00 UK time) and ask for a written explanation.
If that doesn’t resolve it, raise a formal complaint through Casumo’s complaints process; the terms in the app explain how.
If you’re still unhappy after eight weeks, or you receive a final response, you can take the complaint to the independent ADR provider named in Casumo’s terms.
You can also report concerns to the Gambling Commission, though it doesn’t resolve individual disputes.
Comparing Casumo’s payout terms with other apps
Casumo’s instant-after-approval e-wallet payouts compare well with most UK apps; the offer boxes below show its welcome bonus beside two apps whose welcome spins have no wagering, so any winnings from them are cash straight away. All are 18+, terms apply, and gambling should only ever use money you can afford to lose.
Casumo’s new-customer offer is a 50% bonus up to £100 (18+, £20 minimum first deposit, 10x wagering on the bonus within 7 days, T&Cs apply); bonus funds must be wagered before they can be withdrawn. PlayOJO and Coral, whose spins carry no wagering, are shown for comparison.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a Casumo withdrawal take?
Most Casumo withdrawals are reviewed within a few hours, according to Casumo, and its withdrawal policy allows up to three days for approval. After approval, PayPal, Apple Pay, Skrill, Neteller and MuchBetter are listed as instant, debit cards take up to 2 days and bank transfers up to 5 days. Verification, weekends and bank processing can extend this. If you need money quickly, an e-wallet is the fastest published option. Our instant withdrawal casino apps page explains what “instant” really means.
Why is my Casumo withdrawal still pending?
A pending withdrawal is waiting for Casumo’s review. The commonest reasons for a longer wait are verification documents that haven’t been sent or checked, a request made late at night or at a weekend, or a large withdrawal triggering extra checks. Casumo’s policy says requests should be approved or declined within three days. Check your email and the app’s messages for document requests. If nothing has been asked for, contact hey@casumo.com. Our how long do casino app withdrawals take page gives typical timings across the market.
Does Casumo charge for withdrawals?
Casumo charges a £3 fee on withdrawals under £10, and nothing on withdrawals of £10 or more, according to its withdrawal policy. That means a £6 withdrawal would leave you with £3, so it’s usually better to wait until your balance reaches £10. Your bank or e-wallet may have its own charges, for example for currency conversion, but UK debit card payouts in pounds don’t normally carry any. Our debit card casino apps page explains how card payouts work.
Can I cancel a Casumo withdrawal and play with the money?
No. UK rules have banned reverse withdrawals since 31 October 2021, so once you’ve requested a payout from Casumo you can’t cancel it to put the money back into play. The rule was introduced because reversing withdrawals was linked to gambling harm. If you made a mistake with the method or amount, contact support, who can explain the options, but the money won’t be returned to your playable balance. Our UK casino app rules guide summarises this and the other recent changes.
What is the fastest way to withdraw from Casumo?
The fastest published methods are PayPal, Apple Pay, Skrill, Neteller and MuchBetter, which Casumo lists as instant once a withdrawal is approved. Since approval usually takes a few hours, these routes can deliver money the same day, though that can’t be promised. You’ll generally need to have deposited with the method to withdraw to it. Debit cards take up to 2 days and bank transfers up to 5. Our e-wallet casino apps page compares wallets across UK apps.
Do I need to verify my account before withdrawing from Casumo?
Yes. Casumo’s withdrawal policy says your account must be verified to its satisfaction before a payout, and that slow responses to document requests will delay it. Extra checks may apply to single withdrawals above about €1,000 or cumulative withdrawals above €2,000. Casumo says it won’t delay a payout over checks it could reasonably have done at registration. Sending clear documents early is the best way to avoid a hold. Our casino app asking for documents page explains the usual requests.
Can I withdraw Casumo bonus money straight away?
No, bonus funds must be wagered first. The Casumo welcome bonus, a 50% match up to £100 for new customers aged 18+, needs to be wagered 10 times within 7 days before it converts into withdrawable cash. Your own deposited money and winnings from it can usually be withdrawn, but check the bonus terms, because withdrawing before wagering is complete may cancel the bonus. Our page on withdrawing casino app bonus winnings explains how this works across operators.
Can I withdraw to a different card from the one I deposited with?
Usually not. Casumo’s policy says it returns withdrawals to the original deposit method where possible and pays only to accounts in the registered holder’s name. If the original card has expired or the method can’t receive payouts, the cashier will offer an alternative, often a bank transfer, and support may ask for proof that the new account is yours. This closed-loop approach helps prevent fraud and money laundering. The glossary entry on closed-loop payments explains the principle.
