Heart Bingo casino app profile

Who is behind the Heart Bingo casino app

Heart Bingo involves two companies, each with a different job. Global, the media group that owns Heart radio, owns the brand. BV Gaming Limited, part of BetVictor, holds the gambling licence and runs the regulated side. The site was relaunched in this form on 23 September 2021, when BetVictor took it on in partnership with Global.

On the Gambling Commission's register, BV Gaming Limited is registered at an office on Bayside Road, Gibraltar, under account 39576. It holds remote casino and betting licences dating from 1 November 2014, a gambling software licence from 24 March 2015 and a bingo licence from 31 March 2021, all active. heartbingo.co.uk is listed on the licence as a white label. A white label means the brand's look and marketing can come from one company while the licensed operator handles verification, payments and safer gambling.

The Heart Bingo app on the App Store

Here the developer on the listing matches the licence holder, which makes the usual check straightforward. For Android, search Google Play for Heart Bingo and look for the same developer name; we didn't confirm a Play listing for this profile. Our guide to reading casino app store listings explains each field.

Bingo rooms listed in the Heart Bingo app

Bingo is the centre of the app. The listing names 90-, 80-, 75- and 50-ball rooms, music-themed rooms called Feel Good, Turbo Tunes and Vibe With 75, a Newbie Room with extra prizes for new players, two Deal or No Deal rooms and a 90-Ball Weekly Wonder Room. It also mentions free-to-play bingo rooms, which don't take a ticket purchase and usually come with eligibility rules set out in the room's terms.

Since February 2025 the rooms have run on Playtech's bingo platform. On a phone, bingo rooms generally show the called numbers above your tickets, with chat in a panel alongside. Ticket prices, room schedules and prize pots vary, so read the room information before buying. Our bingo apps guide explains how ball formats differ and what a full house or line pays in practice.

Slots, Slingo and live casino in the Heart Bingo app

Beyond bingo, the listing describes a slots library of more than 2,500 games including jackpot slots, Slingo versions of titles such as Rainbow Riches and Deal or No Deal, and live casino with blackjack, roulette, Lightning Roulette and Infinite Blackjack. Live game shows named include Crazy Time, Monopoly Live, Deal or No Deal and Gonzo's Treasure Hunt.

Slots move far faster than bingo. UK rules cap online slot stakes at £5 per spin for over-25s and £2 for 18–24-year-olds, with no autoplay and at least 2.5 seconds per spin, but sessions still add up. If you came for bingo, decide in advance whether you'll open the slots tab at all.

Other brands on BV Gaming's licence

The register's domain list for account 39576 includes BetVictor, Parimatch, Betano, talkSPORT BET and Smooth Spins as well as Heart Bingo. Each brand has its own account and sign-up. Our profiles of BetVictor and talkSPORT BET cover two of them.

BV Gaming's regulatory record

In February 2022, BV Gaming Limited agreed a settlement of about £2 million with the Gambling Commission. The register currently shows no active regulatory actions on account 39576. That history applies to the licence holder and so to every brand on it, not to Heart Bingo alone. Our safe casino apps page explains how to weigh it.
