10bet app not working? Try these fixes in order

Work from the simplest fix to the most drastic. Each step takes under a minute, and you can stop as soon as the app works. None of them affect your balance, bets or account, because everything is stored on 10bet’s servers rather than on your phone.

1. Check your connection: open a web page in your browser. If that’s slow, switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data or the other way round.
2. Force-close the app: swipe it away from the app switcher, then reopen it.
3. Update the app from the App Store or Google Play, and update your phone’s software if one is waiting.
4. Restart the phone to clear memory and reset network connections.
5. Log out and back in, which refreshes your session.
6. Clear stored data: on Android, Settings, Apps, 10bet, Storage, Clear cache. On iPhone, offload or delete the app and reinstall it.
7. Try the 10bet website in your phone’s browser. If that works, the problem is the app install; if not, it may be your account or 10bet’s systems.

Updates and system requirements

The App Store listing says the 10bet app needs iOS 16.0 or later on iPhone and iPadOS 16.0 or later on iPad. The fixes differ mainly in how you clear stored data. Android lets you clear an app’s cache without losing anything else; iPhone doesn’t, so offloading or reinstalling is the equivalent.
