Short answer: Two wager-free offers with different triggers. Coral needs £10 bet on slots and gives 100 spins on selected games. PlayOJO needs only a deposit and gives 80 on Big Bass Bonanza. Coral lists Google Pay and a £5 minimum deposit.

What actually separates them
The practical gap between the two triggers is smaller than it sounds. Betting £10 on a 96% RTP slot costs about 40p on average over the long run, so Coral's qualifying bet is cheap in expectation, though any single £10 can of course be lost. PlayOJO removes even that step.
The spins differ more. Coral's are spread over a selected list of games; PlayOJO's all land on Big Bass Bonanza, a high volatility slot where most small batches are quiet. After the welcome offer, Coral's own listing describes coins and daily challenges, while PlayOJO is reported to return a little on every bet.
